Hi friends! I’m going to be a little philosophical this week. This week, I’ve been noticing the little ways in which life can be funny. I’ve seen so many things just fall into place, and a lot of things have started to finally make sense after not making sense for a very long time. I’ve seen how sometimes if you are at work and you are missing one critical piece of information, you just cannot continue and at the time you may not know that you are missing this piece of information. Life is funny because sometimes you just don’t know the things you should know. At the same time, sometimes not knowing a piece of information is what makes life worthwhile. It’s what makes life exciting and what makes you have some spontaneous moments in your life.
My friends and family are constantly telling me things to add to my bucket list and since I am a person who is ‘so enthusiastic about life’ (Melanie’s words) I add those items to my lists. It’s funny how living your life with a certain mindset and giving off certain vibes to people can affect the life you live. It can affect the opportunities you are given, and the options you have. I love when certain things in life just fall into place and you realize that the way you’ve been living your life, is the way you should be living it. I live my life with enthusiasm, with an open mind, and with an adventurous spirit and because of this I manage to attract amazing people in my life. At this point, I will share three things that happened this month and how they all magically fell into place and make perfect sense together but at the time, I had no idea they were connected.
Event #1: I went shopping and found some really cute cowboy boots. When my sister asked me ‘why did you buy those, where are you going to wear them?’ I responded with ‘I’m not sure, but something will come up’.
Event #2: My friend Melanie (completely out of the blue) told me to add a PBR (Professional Bull Riders) event in Phoenix or Tucson to my bucket list. I already had ‘go to a rodeo’ on my bucket list so I just added ‘PBR’ to be more specific.
Event #3: My friend Yamille (also completely out of the blue) texted me to invite me to the PBR World Finals in Las Vegas and of course I said yes!!! You are awesome Yamilloski!!!
Somehow, all of these events make sense together but at the time I had no idea. Life is interesting. I recently read a quote that kind of summarizes nicely the message that I’m trying to get across:
‘Eventually all things fall into place. Until then, laugh at the confusion, live for the moments, and know everything happens for a reason.’
Thanks for reading 🙂
