A Wine Tasting at Vena Cava In Valle De Guadalupe Should Be On Your Bucket List!

While in Valle De Guadalupe, we organized our own winery tour by researching a ton of wineries, selecting the ones that sounded the best, and then we hired a driver through our hotel to take us to each spot. Our first stop was Vena Cava Vinicola and we LOVED it! The wine was incredible and the staff was so knowledgeable and friendly.

The winery was designed by Architect Alejandro D’acosta, and you can see reclaimed fishing boats and other recycling materials all around which we thought was super cool!

Check out my full review of this winery and let me know if you’re convinced to visit!

I loved that as soon as we pulled in, you can see the grapes being grown and I also particularly liked this sculpture of a heart.

They had a really cute outdoor area where you could continue to drink wine after your tasting! The gentleman who hosted our wine tasting gave us a lot of history of Valle De Guadalupe and told is that in the last few years, the wine region has grown a lot.

We had our wine tasting inside in this room full of wine. We tried several wines but my favorites were the Mezcla Especial and the Reserva Natural (both red wines). I also loved their rose (rosado).

I hope this post inspires you to visit beautiful Valle De Guadalupe.
