If you’ve never been to an all inclusive resort, I highly recommend Anse Chastanet as it has literally everything you need…from incredible views to the most delicious food and amazing beaches within walking, boat or shuttle distance!
Check out my full review of Anse Chastanet in Saint Lucia and my tips to really take advantage of all the perks!
The Resort
Anse Chastanet is such a beautiful resort with incredible views all over. It truly feels like you are immersed in nature.
Beaches
When staying at Anse Chastanet Resort in Saint Lucia, you will have direct access to two soft beaches considered to be two of Saint Lucia’s finest beaches: The Anse Chastanet beach and the Anse Mamin beach.
The first beach you will see will be Anse Chastanet Beach as it is right near the resort. The second beach will be Anse Mamin as it is about a five minute walk from the resort but the walk is beautiful!

Once you are done enjoying this beautiful beach, you can take this walkway to Anse Mamin Beach.

Activities
One of my favorite parts about all inclusive resorts is that many of them offer unlimited access to non motorized water sports equipment so if you’ve always wanted to try paddle boarding but are afraid of how long it will take you to get the hang of it (like me lol), this is perfect for you!
At Anse Chastanet, you are able to paddle board, kayak, snorkel, windsurf and Sunfish sail!
There’s more to do at an all inclusive resort besides eating and drinking and some activities are included and others you have to pay for. All resorts are different so the engineer/researcher in me will tell you to make sure you look at what’s included before booking!
At the Blue Haven resort, all non motorized water activities were free including kayaking (to areas where you could see turtles!), stand up paddle boarding, snorkeling equipment, a water trampoline, and so much more! At the Alexandra Resort, you could use a sail boat for free!
Dining and Drinks

Gros Piton
If you are looking for a beautiful yet extremely challenging hike in Saint Lucia, then I highly recommend Gros Piton! We booked a driver through the resort and they even provided us with a light breakfast.
Gros Piton is a volcanic mountain and you can do this 3.2 mile hike but only with a guide so make sure you book your reservation before going. It takes most people between 3-6 hours one way because it gets pretty steep. After completing the hike and witnessing the most beautiful views, I can absolutely assure you that this hike belongs on your Saint Lucia bucket list!
I hope you all enjoyed my review of Anse Chastanet Resort. Let me know if I’ve convinced you to book a stay at an all inclusive resort!
