10 Items You Should Absolutely Have On Your Bucket List!

Several people have recently reached out to me and asked ‘What’s the best way to start a bucket list?’ so I figured I would address that question here! And if you’re not one of these people, I encourage you to read my 7 Reasons To Have a Bucket List post. The short and sweet answer to the how to start a bucket list question is, ‘just write it down’ and what I mean by that is just get a piece of paper, or open a word document in google drive (so that you can easily access it anywhere) and start writing down items you’ve always wanted to do. I know this isn’t the best answer, which is why I’m working on a better (much longer) answer to be posted next week, so stay tuned!

For now, I want to share 10 items that you absolutely need to add to your bucket list. The reason I’m posting this before the actual ‘how to write a bucket list’ post is because I want to give you all some examples of items to add. So that when you finally get around to writing that perfect bucket list, you have a baseline/example to follow. So for now, let’s jump right into those items! Please comment down below if I’m missing any big ones 🙂

Dinner and Laughs with the Murder Mystery Company!

This post is sponsored by The Murder Mystery Company. As always, all opinions are my own.

Tasty dinner. Over the top theatre. Laugh out loud reactions. These are three things to expect from the Murder Mystery Dinner Company in Phoenix at The Old Spaghetti Factory.

I’ve had ‘Murder Mystery Dinner Theatre’ on my bucket list for years, ever since I first heard about this concept back in college when a friend invited me. However, back then I didn’t completely understand it so I let the fear of the unknown stop me. But I’ve grown, matured, and became Enthusiastic About Life (or ‘The Queen of YOLO’ as my cousins likes to call me, blog post coming soon with the full origin story) so when I got approached to cross off this bucket list item, I had to say YES.

5 Reasons To Check Out the Milwaukee Art Museum!

Lately, I’ve been catching up with the friends I made during the #WITS17 (Women in Travel Summit 2017) in Milwaukee and it’s been making me miss this hidden gem of a city.

This was my first visit to Milwaukee, Wisconsin and I honestly had no idea what to expect…except of course beer, cheese and brats. But there is SO MUCH MORE to this city! I’ll have a Wisconsin Bucket List up soon but for now, let’s focus on the Milwaukee Art Museum.

The Milwaukee Art Museum is one of the largest museums in the United States and has over 25,000 works of art. What impressed me the most about this museum is that the building itself is a work of art!

Check out five reasons to visit the Milwaukee Art Museum and let me know if I’ve convinced you to book a flight 😉

The Ultimate Mother’s Day Bucket List!

My friends, Mother’s Day is in a few days (and Mother’s Day is celebrated today in Mexico, Guatemala, and El Salvador, hola mi gente!) and every year my siblings and I get together to try to think of the perfect gift to give to the woman who gave us life and raised us to be the best versions of ourselves. Every year, we come to the same conclusion…we would rather give our mom an experience, a memory, and time with us because that is the most valuable gift. In thinking of this, I decided to write up The Ultimate Mother’s Day Bucket List to give you all ideas of ways to spend this wonderful day. If you have any other ideas, feel free to share 😉

9 Photos To Inspire You To Visit Antelope Canyon!

antelope-canyon

This last weekend, I spent my time with hundreds of fellow travel bloggers at the Women in Travel Summit (#WITS17) in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and I met so many wonderful women from all over. And every woman that I met was very excited when I mentioned that I was from Arizona and why would they not be? Arizona is home to some of the most beautiful areas in the United States so I didn’t mind being an Arizona Ambassador in the slightest. If anything, I think I convinced everyone I spoke to that they needed to visit me and Arizona!

These women knew about the Grand Canyon (of course) but when I mentioned Antelope Canyon, not too many knew what I was talking about. I told them that they needed to immediately add ‘Visit Antelope Canyon’ to their bucket list and I think you need to do the same thing!
