My friends, Spring is officially here! I love everything about Spring, the weather, the Easter candy, and the fact that we are that much closer to summer. My friends, it is my favorite time of the year, it is officially MARCH MADNESS!
It’s been a fabulous beginning to March Madness because my team (Arizona Wildcats!) won the PAC 12 Basketball Tournament and I am hoping that they make it all the way in the NCAA Tournament. I think this is our year, but even if it’s not and my bracket gets busted…at least I will enjoy hosting game viewing parties and eating tasty snacks. The views of Chicago from the Willis Tower (formerly known as the Sears Tower) were beyond breathtaking and it was really awesome to be able to finally visit a place that I’ve known about since childhood. Couch to Havasupai Falls: Easy Hikes in Phoenix!
If you are an avid hiker in Arizona, then February 1st was probably the most stressful day of your life. BECAUSE RESERVATIONS FOR HAVASUPAI FALLS OPENED UP THAT DAY AND NOBODY WOULD ANSWER THE PHONES!!!
Okay, I’m done yelling but seriously, my cousin and I spent all day trying to call Havasupai Falls (one of the most beautiful hiking areas in Arizona) to try to reserve a spot and nobody answered 🙁 and then miraculously we found that a website had been launched and we were able to reserve. And we got through! So I’m super excited to be crossing off that major bucket list item this year, especially since it was one of the bucket list items to cross off in 2017.
