I was pleasantly surprised to find out that Malibu is home to some beautiful hikes. Check out two of my favorites that I highly recommend!

ESCONDIDO FALLS TRAIL
Escondido Canyon was an awesome hike because we were in the shade about 80% of the time, there were plenty of trees and beautiful views, and some climbing (which is always fun). This hike starts out easy but as you start climbing, it becomes a moderate level hike. One thing I will stress, is to please make sure you are wearing proper shoes while hiking here. During the portions of the hike where you have to climb, it can get very slippery. Check out more photos to inspire you to hike here.
POINT DUME STATE BEACH
Point Dume State Beach in Malibu is my new favorite place in California. We did a quick hike here with the most amazing views!
One of the prettiest beaches I’ve visited and I loved it particularly because you can hike to the top of a mountain and see the entire coast. The hike was a great workout and the views were beyond beautiful. Check out more photos to inspire you to hike here.
