The Ultimate Miami Bucket List!

I had the BEST mojito of my life in Miami and absolutely fell in love with this city. I loved Miami for its nightlife, beaches, the music playing EVERYWHERE and of course the food. I had so much Cuban food and I still dream about it.

Check out The Ultimate Miami Bucket List and let me know if you’re inspired to visit!

Where to eat and drink

El Pub Restaurant

El Pub Restaurant in Little Havana has the most delicious picadillo empanadas and their cafecito is also excellent!

If you love Cuban food then I highly recommend you book a trip to Miami. Miami is so much more than clubbing and beaches, they have so many delicious restaurants and I’ll say they have the most delicious mojitos I’ve ever tasted. Check out The Ultimate Miami Food and Drink Bucket List!

Where to stay

We stayed at Hotel Indigo in the Brickell area and loved it! We were so close to a lot of restaurants and the hotel was really nice!

What to do

Beach Club: Joia Beach

Joia Beach is a trendy beachfront hangout with delicious food. They have a DJ as well and the vibes are immaculate!

La Española Way

La Española Way is a historic South Beach street with restaurants and coffee shops. It’s a cute area and you can probably see it all in 10-15 minutes. Check out more photos here!

Explore Calle 8 in Little Havana

Calle Ocho (8th Street in Spanish) is an area of Cuban culture in Miami’s Little Havana neighborhood. There are a ton of restuarants, bars, shops, parks, and art everywhere. I highly recommend that you check it out and partake in a food tour if you have time! Check out more photos here.

Ball & Chain

If you want to hang out in a cute outdoor spot or dance salsa to live music, then you need to check out Ball & Chain in Little Havana!

Domino Park

Domino Park is a busy public square with tables for dominoes & chess games. It’s a great place to people watch!

Cafe La Trova

While exploring Little Havana, we ended up at Cafe La Trova, a popular spot on Calle Ocho known for cocktails. We found out that this bar is on the list of top 50 bars in the world and I can definitely see why!

The bartenders are fantastic, the cocktails are incredible, and they have live music!

Los Tres Monos Pop Up Bar

In Miami, we decided to check out Tres Monos Pop Up Bar on a whim and later found out it’s an Argentinian bar that is on the list of top 50 bars in the world and I can definitely see why!

They had great music, the bartenders are so engaging and it’s such a vibe!

Miami Beach

You definitely have to spend some time at the beach and I really liked Miami Beach! It wasn’t super crowded, there’s lots of restaurants and bars nearby, and we ended up having some promoters come up to us and add us to their guest list for their clubs. I recommend going to the beach on Thursday or Friday and getting added to promoters lists if you want to go to clubs. Check out more photos here!

Miami Marathon

Miami is also home to the Miami Marathon and Half Marathon and it’s one of the best courses I’ve seen! The energy is amazing and they play the best Latin music! It was so fun cheering on my amazing friend Vicky and seeing her cross that finish line. Check out more photos here.

Terras Rooftop Bar

A rooftop bar needs to be on your Miami bucket list! I highly recommend Terras as the food and cocktails are so good and the views are incredible!

Top Cigars in Little Havana

You absolutely have to check out Top Cigars in Little Havana as the owner is super nice and knowledgeable. They have dominos as well and it’s just a great place to hang out in.
