I visited Puerto Vallarta earlier this year and fell in love with this beautiful place on Mexico’s Pacific Coast.

There are several all inclusive resorts here including Fiesta Americana, a beach front resort with the best views. Here you can find beautiful beaches, fun night life, and incredible food.

Where to Stay

There are several all inclusive resorts here including Fiesta Americana, a beach front resort where we stayed. I enjoyed Fiesta Americana because of all the pools, how close it was to the beach (literally beach-front), all the drinks and their seafood!

I also really loved their VIP area with this infinity pool.

We also visited other hotels and will definitely be staying at some of these next time!

Casa Karma was a fantastic spot for a group trip as you get an entire home with several rooms.

Grand Miramar is another great hotel with beautiful cliff side views, epic pools, and delicious food!

Where to eat and drink

Pancho’s Takos

Panchos Takos has the best al pastor tacos I’ve ever had. They’re cheap and have lots of meat so I’d recommend you order 1 less taco than you normally would. There’s always a line so either go early before they open or be willing to wait in line
