Last year I celebrated my birthday in beautiful Saint Lucia. This year, I’ll be staying in Phoenix and collecting all of the birthday freebies I can. I’m super excited to share The Ultimate Birthday Bucket List (birthday freebies) because who doesn’t love birthday freebies?!
Check out this list of all my favorite birthday freebies. If you don’t want to get a lot of spam, I recommend creating a new email address specifically for birthday freebies emails as for all of them you do need to sign up for their rewards program.
Note that for some, you might need to purchase something before your birthday. Enjoy!
Since some of these birthday freebies require going on your actual birthday and others give you more flexibility, I’ve decided to share my plan for what I’ll actually do on my birthday.
The week before my birthday, I will be going to the following places:

- Nothing Bundt Cake within 14 days of my birthday
- Einstein Bros Bagels within 14 days of my birthday

You can get $30 coupon during the month of your birthday. Sign up for their program Chef’s Table.

You can get a free birthday pizookie available seven days before or after your birthday. Sign up for their program BJ’s Premier Rewards Plus.

IHOP
You get a free stack of pancakes on your birthday. Sign up for the International Bank of Pancakes rewards program.
