4 Cathedrals To Visit On Your Next Trip To Europe!

I’ll be in Spain and Italy in less than two weeks which has me reminiscing on my very first trip to Europe back in 2015. A big part of that trip was admiring some of the most beautiful cathedrals I’ve ever seen in my life.

I haven’t always been Enthusiastic About Cathedrals, in fact, what started out as a cute thing with my mom…kind of just escalated. On my first Europe trip, my mom told me that she was going to really miss me so to help her, I decided to take a photo of every cathedral I encountered and send it to her. She has always loved cathedrals and I thought it would be a fun way to sort of bring her along on my trip.

I will of course continue the tradition and send her cathedral photos from Spain and Italy so I figured I would share the photos I already had with all of you! Check out 4 of my favorite cathedrals in Ireland, Belgium, France, and Germany! You can follow my live adventures on Instagram to see me discover even more cathedrals!

12 Bucket List Items To Cross Off In 2018!

Happy new year my friends, it is officially 2018! It feels so weird to say that, but it’s here! 2017 was a great year for travel, for bucket list items, and for the blog. I think a big part of why it was such a great year was because I wrote a list of bucket list items I wanted to cross off in 2017 so I am going to do that again this year!

Just like last year, this blog post is multi-purpose, I want to share and inspire you all to set some goals for the New Year, and I also want to put this out into the Universe. I believe that once you say something out loud and/or write it down, the Universe will be on your side and help you accomplish whatever you set out to do. You can read more about that in 7 Reasons To Have A Bucket List.

But for now, let me know if you will be crossing off any similar items (maybe we can do them together)! These are in no particular order, enjoy!

If you’ve been around for a while you will know that I am a huge advocate of writing things down, in order to manifest them into reality. Because of this, on January 1st, 2017 I wrote a list of 12 bucket list items that I wanted to cross off in 2017. I managed to cross off 5 of the 12 items, hello almost 50% success!

I’ll be writing a 2018 version because choosing 12 bucket list items for the year definitely pushed me to accomplish those goals, and I encourage you to do the same! Enjoy my favorite 16 bucket list items from 2017 listed in the order that they happened!

The items in this post with an asterisk (*) are the items that were in my 2017 bucket list goal list, the rest of the items were not necessarily planned but ended up happening because life is too short to not be spontaneous!

Enthusiastic About Travel : My Favorite Photos From 2017!

My friends, 2017 is almost over! Can you all believe how fast this year has gone?! I feel like 2017 just started, and I think a big part of why 2017 seems to have flown by is because I’ve been fortunate to have done a lot more travel this year. This year I decided that I wanted to see more of the United States and so I did.

Every year, I take some time to reflect on how that year went; and this year I wanted to do something fun. I’ve rounded up one photo per trip to hopefully inspire you to travel a little more! Enjoy!

How to Feed Your (Arizona College Football) Fandom with Foster Farms!

This post is sponsored by Foster Farms. As always, all opinions are my own.

It’s no secret that I am the biggest University of Arizona fan. Being at the University of Arizona is actually how this Enthusiastic About Life space came to be; you can read how it all got started here.

Long story short, my last year of college I created a Graduation Bucket List and one of my favorite items on that graduation bucket list was to attend every football game…and wow was I serious about this item.

This item catapulted my love for college football. However, after graduating and moving away from Tucson, it wasn’t as easy to go to every football game.

The Ultimate Hiking Bucket List Item: A Walk For Sunshine Book Review!

This post is sponsored by the Book Publicity Services. As always, all opinions are my own.

Last month, I crossed off one of the biggest items from my bucket list: run a full marathon. That’s right my friends, I ran 26.2 miles! There is so much I can say about crossing off this major feat, but you will have to wait for that article coming in the next few weeks.

Today, we are discussing the book I read just before my marathon, the book that motivated me and made me believe that anything is possible. That book is ‘A Walk for Sunshine: A 2,160 Mile Expedition for Charity on the Appalachian Trail‘ by Jeff Alt.

To The Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers, Thank You.

A few weeks ago, I had the incredible honor of being notified that I had won a national award from an organization that I love.

This organization was SHPE, the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers. I joined SHPE seven years ago in college and you can see some of my involvement with this wonderful organization by checking out #SHPEPhx and by reading my latest post: How To Be An Enthusiastic Leader!

My friend Wendy nominated me for the SHPE Technical Achievement Recognition Professional Role Model Award which is presented to an outstanding member who has provided selfless and outstanding contributions to his or her SHPE chapter and the Hispanic community.

Como Park Zoo and Conservatory, A Must Stop in Minnesota!

This post is sponsored by the Roseville Visitor’s Association. As always, all opinions are my own.

There must be something about Minnesota and amusement parks because there are amusement parks literally EVERYWHERE. They have Valleyfair which is super famous, they have Nickelodeon Universe at the Mall of America and they even have a mini amusement park called Como Town at the Como Park Zoo and Conservatory! As if the zoo wasn’t already an enjoyable experience, they seem to be catering to the adrenaline junkie in all of us!

5 Photos To Inspire You To Visit The Brooklyn Bridge!

Last week I posted a photo of some beautiful street art from NYC on my instagram, and a friend of mine mentioned that she lived in Brooklyn for 10 years. My response to her was ‘I LOVE Brooklyn!’ because I do, I really do. On my last trip to NYC, one of my fave things I did was to visit the beyond beautiful Brooklyn Bridge (y’all like that alliteration?) so I figured why not post a couple of photos to showcase just how breathtaking the Brooklyn Bridge is?
