In 2023, my friend Geert got married in Pescara, Italy and since we were traveling so far to celebrate his love…we decided to turn it into an epic European summer vacation. We visited Italy and Spain and had the best time!

Rome
We landed in Rome on Thursday July 20th during peak summer travel and it was extremely hot but it was amazing! We spent 2 nights in Rome and crossed off several bucket list items that can be found below:
Pescara
We then took a bus to Pescara and spent three nights there. We crossed off several bucket list items that can be found below.
Positano
We then decided to be bougie and did a private transfer to Positano and spent three nights there. We crossed off several bucket list items that can be found below:
Sorrento
We then took a ferry to Sorrento and spent two nights there. We crossed off several bucket list items that can be found below:
Capri
We then took a ferry to Capri and spent three nights there. We crossed off several bucket list items that can be found below:
Naples
We then took a ferry to Naples and spent one night there. We crossed off several bucket list items that can be found below:
Barcelona
We then took a flight to Barcelona and spent one night there. We crossed off several bucket list items that can be found below:
Then we flew back to Phoenix on August 4th.
